Sessions
To book a session, please complete the form below and we will get back to you to confirm.
INTRODUCTORY SESSION
- Think of this as your 90 minute swim MOT.
- We will spend time discussing your goals and current training patterns before hitting the pool. The session will look at all aspects of your swimming. You will receive a post-swim video analysis following the session, including commentary and analysis of the stroke.
1:1 video analysis SESSION
- An hour to focus on your technique.
- This session will focus on the elements that matter to your stroke. You will receive a post-swim commentated video of the session, enabling you to check on your progress.
2:1 video analysis SESSION
- 2 hours one coach / two swimmers!
- It’s useful to see your friend swim and learn from each other during the session as you each develop your technique.
- Both swimmers will receive footage of the session and a post-swim commentated video, enabling each person to check on their progress.
ONLINE VIDEO ANALYSIS
- Have your own video and would like a review of your stroke?
- Send it to us and we will send it back with analysis and commentary for you to review at home.
open water session
- One hour with your coach, focused on open water swimming techniques
- Various times and locations are available, please ask for details
coached session
- One hour with your coach, focused on your stroke
- These sessions include use of the cameras, but do not come with commentated videos to take home
- These sessions are available at any time
Group coached swim session
- Group sessions available in various formats and group sizes, please enquire via email with you requirements

Open Water Swimming (Please call for more information)
If you want to try open water swimming, that’s our passion too! We can provide tailored individual or group sessions at Pitsford Reservoir or Grafham Water.
BLOCK BOOKINGS (Please call for more information)
Plan ahead and book a series of sessions at a competitive price. You can book in blocks of five sessions over the course of the season allowing you to analyse and see the progress you are making. This will include tailored training plans for you to complete between visits.
TRAINING PLANS (on request)
SWIMCUBE can provide tailored training plans including drills and sessions to help you continue to improve before your next visit. Call us and tell us about your goals. We also have experience with feeding plans for long distance events.
